Room deposits
A deposit of one night's stay plus 8% city bed tax is required to reserve a room. Balance due must be paid to host prior to departure. Rooms are held but not confirmed until payment is received.
For reservations of 4 or more nights, one-half of the total amount is due.

Room rates and methods of payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, cash, personal or travelers check.
All rooms will be assessed an additional 8% city bed tax.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations require two weeks (14 days) notice. If your reservation is cancelled at least two weeks in advance, the deposit (minus a $10/room processing fee) will be refunded to your credit card or by check.
